Chicken - Greek-Spiced Chicken Breasts
It's no wonder that Zorba was always dancing if this was the kind of food he was eating. Very flavorful way to liven-up chicken with our own Greek blend of spices, Kalamata olives, Mandarin orange slices, green olives and artichoke hearts. FIX-A-FEAST assembled so any special request please include them in the comments to the chef (i.e. no green olives, etc).

Cooking Instructions:
Thaw kit in refrigerator before cooking. Remove pan lid and place chicken on middle rack of preheated 450° F oven for 40 minutes or until thermometer reads 175° F in thickest part of meat. When finished, remove chicken from pan and place on a warm serving platter. Remove excess grease from remaining mixture then serve on platter with chicken.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve this dish with fettuccini pasta mixed with a little pesto, butter, salt and pepper. Corn and fresh fruit would make great side dishes.
