Cooking Instructions:
Lot O’Veggie Stew Thaw in refrigerator. Heat a skillet to 350° F with a tablespoon of canola oil. Add vegetable mixture and 3 cups (Large) or 1 1/2 cups (small) of water. Cook for about 20 minutes. Temperature should reach 160° F. Crock pot instructions: Coat crock pot with cooking spray. Pour 3 cups (Large) or 1 1/2 cups (Small) of water in your crock. Add all ingredients, cover and cook for about 3 hours on high heat (depending on your crock pot).
Serving Suggestions:
Serve with a side of cornbread with butter & honey.
