Cooking Instructions:
Thaw in refrigerator. Cook rice according to directions. Preheat oven to 375°F and bake uncovered on center rack for 20 minutes or until chicken reaches a temperature of 170°F. Freezer Instructions: Loosen lid & bake covered on center rack in preheated 375°F oven, for 30 minutes. Remove lid and bake 15 minutes longer. Check for doneness. Chicken should reach 170°F.
