| Cooking Instructions: |
| Thaw in refrigerator or microwave.
Prepare grill or heat broiler; place chops on broiler pan or grill.
Broil or grill 6 inches from heat 6 to 8 minutes for medium/rare or until desired doneness. (Or cook in a skillet) Turn over half way through cooking.
When done remove from grill or oven, cover loosely with foil and let stand 5 minutes before serving. |
