| Cooking Instructions: |
| Thaw in refrigerator. (Best if bags are thawed separately.)
Place foil over a cookie sheet and spray with cooking spray.
Coat both sides of chicken with crumb mixture.
Place chicken on pan, spray tops with cooking spray.
Bake at 350ºF for 20 minutes, or when meat thermometer registers 170ºF.
Heat Marinara sauce in microwave for about 4 minutes.
Serve some hot marinara sauce over chicken and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese. |
