Place thawed lasagna in oven on center rack and bake covered for 20 minutes then bake uncovered 10 minutes more or until inner temperature reaches 160°F.

Bake covered at 450°F for 30 minutes in a preheated oven.
Reduce heat to 375°F and bake for 20 minutes more and then bake uncovered for another 10 minutes or until inner temperature reaches 160°F.
